How it works:
Parents/guardians will be provided with a summary of what their child will be working on before each session. The summary will include a list of materials their child might need for the session. I will also provide a weekly email summary of the sessions to allow the parents to be aware of the progress their child is making.
Complimentary
Consultation
Free
Before we begin tutoring sessions, you will have the opportunity to meet with me for a complimentary consultation.
For the first half of the consultation, I will meet with you to discuss why you are seeking tutoring services and hear how I can best support you and your child.
The second half of the consultation, I will spend time with your child to get to know him or her and play an ice breaker game to get to know each other.
Advocacy
Does your child have an IEP, are you struggling to understand what's available to support your child's learning in the classroom? Let me help you make sense of it all.
I can help you navigate through the special education services that your child might already be enrolled in and/or I can help you advocate for your child to get the support they need from his/her school.
